Zabbix Trainer-Courses Content Creator

Location: Zabbix Headquarters, Riga, Latvia

As a part of our team you will:

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, engaging technical content, i.e., training courses on Zabbix monitoring system for customers, employees, and partners
• Deliver live training sessions in English, prerecord instructional content
• Perform assessments to ensure students are absorbing the information presented
• Track students' progress
• Cooperate with Technical Support team members
• Actively seek current training methods and best practices to help train students
• Regularly develop yourself and stay current with job-relevant topics. i.e., Zabbix monitoring tool expertise

What we expect:

• Experience with Zabbix or other monitoring tools
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Linux system environments
• Ability to present complex technical concepts in an engaging and understandable manner
• Ability to create high-quality training/instructional content
• Attention to detail of courses content creation and delivery, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency in instructional materials
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Skills that we will consider as a bonus: Experience in creating practical, hands-on exercises and labs for students
• Skills that we will consider as a bonus: Proficiency with video recording and editing tools

Compensation:

• Monthly salary (gross): 2900.00 to 3400.00 EUR
